Surrey Voluntary & Community Sector Infrastructure Consortium In response to ChangeUp – counties across the UK have either produced or are working to produce Infrastructure Investment or Development plans for their regions. The Surrey VCS Infrastructure Consortium is made up of representatives from a range of voluntary and community sector groups, local borough and district councils and Surrey county council. (more...)
